Services and Support Types

Below is a breakdown of the services we provide. If you need to inquire about additional services, please use the Contact Page.

All fees will be discussed, estimated, and agreed upon prior to the services being provided. If it is determined that the final fees will be higher than the estimate, service will stop and the new estimate will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any of those fees being assessed. Hourly fees are broken down in 10 minute increments and are rounded to the closest 10 minutes. The clock does not start until the service is being provided.

Support Types

  • Price: $60/hour

    This is an hourly fee. This rate covers any service that is considered a general support request. Most services have the option of either having you transport your equipment to our site or having one of our technicians travel to your site. Some services (Networking Setup) must be completed on site.

    This service is charged in 10 minute increments, rounded to the closest 10 minutes.

    Note: We can pick up, service, and deliver the equipment for no additional charge assuming the travel distance is within reason. The decision will be up to the technician performing the service.

  • Price: $30/hour*

    *The first 30 minutes are always free, the hour starts after 30 minutes.


    This is an hourly fee. This service will provide you with over the phone troubleshooting. They will do everything they can to attempt to solve your issue over the phone by walking you through repair steps. Some problems cannot be solved over the phone and if we are not able to solve the problem to your satisfaction, this fee is waived.

    The first 30 minutes are always free and we do not start the pay service until after the first 30 minutes. The technician will always warn you before the 30 minutes are up and you can choose to end the service before the charges are incurred.

  • Rate: Variable

    This support type includes any programming or design services you request done.
    An estimate must be created prior to any work commencing. The rate will be estimated on a per-case basis. For more information about our estimates, see the Estimate page.

  • Rate: General Support

    Remote support allows us to securely connect to your machine using Teamviewer. You will not need to install any applications, simply download the quick connect client and run it.

Services

  • Rate: $30.00/hour

    This is an hourly fee. With this service, we will copy any data possible/requested to a set of DVDs or any location you wish to provide. This fee is broken down in 10 minute increments and is rounded to the closest 10 minutes.

  • Rate: General Support

    This service provides a full home network setup of existing hardware. This includes: Working with your ISP, Setup and configuration of a router, Adding all computers, gaming equipment, and other network capable equipment. We will also setup network security to protect your privacy and belongings.

  • Rate: General Support

    This service provides a complete installation of a compatible Operating System and drivers needed by your machine. You must provide a Legal copy of the Operating System. If you wish to have your data copied onto the new OS, this service falls under Data Copy/Backup.

  • Rate: $20.00

    This is a flat fee. This service provides a physical cleaning of the exterior and interior of the machine. We will disassemble your equipment and clean common dirt collections areas (Inhale and Exhaust Ports, Fans, etc...) Note: We will only disassemble equipment to the point the warranty allows.

  • Rate: $50.00

    This is a flat fee. This service provides you with a one-on-one consultation to guide and tailor your choices based on your needs. We will listen to your requests and needs and suggest equipment that will satisfy them. We can also travel with you to the store of your choice and work with you and the store associates to locate you the best deal that matches your requirements.

  • Rate: General Support

    This service will provide any troubleshooting and repair needed to return the equipment to satisfactory working order. If we are not able to determine the problem(s) and/or we are not able to repair the issue, this charge is waived.

  • Rate: General Support

    This service provides a complete nullification and removal of any Virus/Spyware/Malware or any other unwanted applications. We will then make sure you have an active Antivirus solution and update your Operating System. It also comes with a 30-day guarantee. If the Virus/Spyware/Malware returns within 30 days, we will clean it off again at no additional charge.

  • Rate: Programming

    This service covers any design, updating, maintaining, moving, etc on a website. An estimate is given prior to any work commencing. For more information on our estimate process, visit our Estimate page.
