This service provides a complete installation of a compatible Operating System and drivers needed by your machine. You must provide a Legal copy of the Operating System. If you wish to have your data copied onto the new OS, this service falls under Data Copy/Backup.

Example:

• Your computer came with Windows Vista and you do not like it. You purchase a copy of Windows XP and wish to have it installed instead. You ask that we copy all your pictures and restore it onto the machine after XP. This will be General Service fee plus the time it takes to copy the data under the Data Copy/Backup service..
• Your computer crashed and needed a new Hard Drive. You wish to have the operating system that came with your computer installed on the new Hard Drive.
