This service will provide any troubleshooting and repair needed to return the equipment to satisfactory working order. If we are not able to determine the problem(s) and/or we are not able to repair the issue, this charge is waived.

Example:

• Your computer will no longer boot up. We troubleshoot it and find a disk error and repair it, which takes 30 minutes.
