We will then make sure you have an active Antivirus solution and update your Operating System. It also comes with a 30-day guarantee. If the Virus/Spyware/Malware returns within 30 days, we will clean it off again at no additional charge.

Example:

• Your laptop has a virus that you would like cleaned. You bring it to our location to have it cleaned It takes us 20 minutes to clean the virus and check your computer. The fee would be 20 minutes at the General Support rate.
