General Support

Price: $60/hour

This is an hourly fee. This rate covers any service that is considered a general support request. Most services have the option of either having you transport your equipment to our site or having one of our technicians travel to your site. Some services (Networking Setup) must be completed on site.

This service is charged in 10 minute increments, rounded to the closest 10 minutes.

Note: We can pick up, service, and deliver the equipment for no additional charge assuming the travel distance is within reason. The decision will be up to the technician performing the service.

Example:

• Your laptop has a virus that you would like cleaned. You bring it to our location to have it cleaned. It takes us 42 minutes to remove the virus. The fee would be $40.
