Price: $30/hour*

*The first 30 minutes are always free, the hour starts after 30 minutes.

This is an hourly fee. This service will provide you with over the phone troubleshooting. They will do everything they can to attempt to solve your issue over the phone by walking you through repair steps. Some problems cannot be solved over the phone and if we are not able to solve the problem to your satisfaction, this fee is waived.

The first 30 minutes are always free and we do not start the pay service until after the first 30 minutes. The technician will always warn you before the 30 minutes are up and you can choose to end the service before the charges are incurred.

Examples:

• You call our support number in need of assistance with your Instant Messenger software. We are able to provide the assistance over the phone in about 20 minutes. The call ends and there is no charge for the assistance.
• You call our support number in need of assistance with your computer not connecting to the internet. We are able to provide assistance in about 40 minutes. In this case, we would bill you 10 minutes at $30$/hour = $5.
