Remote support allows us to securely connect to your machine using Teamviewer. You will not need to install any applications, simply download the quick connect client and run it.
What you need before you can use this function:
- A windows operating system
- A working internet connection
- You must be in contact with one of our techs, so they can connect to your machine and assist you
Security:
When the customer runs this application, it will generate an ID and password. The technician will ask you for the this information, and will use it to connect to your machine. Once connected, it will allow the technician to view and manipulate your machine. You can disconnect at any time and the application does not install any files onto your machine. After you disconnect, the technician will no longer have any access to your machine or be able to view any of your files.

How to use it:
- Download the viewer using the link above.
- Run the application
- You will be presented with this window:
The Ubiq IT will ask you for the ID and password. - The application will attempt to connect to that technician, and notify if the connection is successful
- Once you are connected, the technician will be able to see your screen and manipulate your mouse and keyboard. (Note: once connected, your background is removed to save bandwidth. It will return once the technician disconnects)
